BBRMG Adds Three

Soles4Souls Mgr./Digital Marketing & Social Media Marissa Messer, former Sony Music Nashville Assoc. Dir./A&R John Carroll and former Premiere nationally syndicated The Bobby Bones Show producer Hillary Borden have joined BBR Music Group as Dir./Digital Marketing, Dir./Streaming and Mgr./Marketing, respectively. Messer’s prior stops include G/O Digital, Thomas Nelson Publishers, MRM/McCann and Ignite Social Media. She reports to Sr. Dir./Digital Marketing Elise Stawarz and will handle strategic digital initiatives for the label's roster. Messer can be reached here. Carroll’s past stops include UMG. At BBR, he succeeds Addie Saloman (CAT 11/29/21) and will be tasked with delivering all new music and working to discover and provide actionable insights to connect the dots between streaming and Country radio. He reports to VP/Streaming Chris Loss and can be reached here. Borden spent more than four years with The Bobby Bones Show prior to her departure earlier this month (CAT 3/11), and her prior stops include iHeartMedia/Tallahassee, FL and an internship with Renda/Jacksonville. She reports to SVP JoJamie Hahr and is responsible for managing artist projects, creating marketing plans, streamlining advertising initiatives and coordinating with all departments on artists release plans and strategies.
