New iHeart Organizational Structure

A new operational structure for iHeartMedia will see its audio properties divided into two separate reporting entities. The iHeartMedia Digital Audio Group will encompass the company's podcasting business, digital sites, newsletters, digital services and programs and digital advertising technologies. This group will be led by CEO Conal Byrne and COO Darren Davis along with Pres./Digital Revenue Carter Brokaw and EVP/Digital Distribution Jessica Jerrick. The iHeartMedia Multiplatform Group will encompass all of the company's radio stations, along with its live and virtual events business, national audio networks and national sales organization. This group will be led by CEO Greg Ashlock and CRO Tim Castelli along with Pres./Markets Group Hartley Atkins, Pres./National Sales Jeff Howard and Pres./Premiere Networks Julie Talbott. Chairman/CEO Bob Pittman says, "These new reportable segments will enable us to strengthen the mission and tighten the focus of both the iHeart Digital Audio Group and the iHeart Multiplatform Group, while accelerating our ability to deliver industry-leading products and services to our listeners and advertising partners across all of our platforms."
