KXKC Becomes Latest To Drop Nash Branding

Cumulus KXKC/Lafayette, LA has dropped its Nash FM branding to position as “Acadiana’s Original Country” with a new logo (pictured). The station website has been rebranded, but currently retains the URL. KXKC is the latest Cumulus statement to retire the Nash FM brand, joining KAYD/Beaumont, TX; WNNF/Cincinnati; KATC/Colorado Springs; WDRQ/Detroit; WKDF/Nashville; WXBM/Pensacola, FL; WFYR/Peoria, IL; and WLXX/Lexington, which also changed its call letters to WVLK last week (CAT 9/4).
