Chronicle: Brian Ferriman

Savannah Records founder and Canadian Country Music Hall of Famer Brian Ferriman died Tuesday (12/4) at the age of 68 following a battle with Lewy body dementia. Ferriman was named CCMA's Manager of the Year eight times and Record Industry Person of the Year four times and served on the Board of Directors of the CCMA, as a Director of CIRPA and CARAS and as International Director of the CMA. He also managed artists including Michelle Wright. "We will be organizing a celebration of life for Brian in January," Wright posted. "I will let his friends who are on Facebook know the details once we have it all organized. I love you and I will miss you Brian."
